Terms of Service

Last updated: November 2026. These terms apply when you use PGENSPAY.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using PGENSPAY, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

2. The service

PGENSPAY provides payment collection and related tools (checkout, payment links, APIs, payouts where available). Some features are in early access or coming soon and may change before general availability.

3. Eligibility

You must be a registered business or organisation authorised to operate in Cameroon (or another jurisdiction we support) and complete our merchant verification process before going live.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business and banking information
  • Use the service only for lawful goods and services
  • Keep API keys and login credentials secure
  • Comply with applicable laws, including consumer protection and anti-money laundering rules

5. Fees and settlement

Fees are disclosed in your agreement or pricing schedule. Settlement timelines depend on the payment method and partner rules and will be confirmed during onboarding.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use PGENSPAY for illegal activity, high-risk categories we have not approved, or anything that violates our Acceptable Use Policy or payment partner rules.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we suspect fraud, legal risk, or material breach of these terms. You may close your account by contacting support, subject to settling outstanding obligations.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PGENSPAY and PGENS GROUP SARL are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Yaoundé, Cameroon, unless mandatory rules say otherwise.
